The text with biographical data for Hill has the feel of a Dick Falcon commentary. The setting of the photos has more the appearance of coastal south Florida than Bay Area California and, since the date is right and the water setting looks like the grounds of the Sunshine Beach Club (which Kundzicz owned with Dick Falcon) in an early stage of development, I am pretty sure these images were taken by Walter James Kundzicz or Dick Falcon.
